A short manifesto

Loyalty programs die under engineering backlog and last-click reporting.

Every growth leader we talk to has the same scar tissue: a loyalty project that landed a year late, ran over budget, and could not prove its own revenue. The CFO pulled the budget. The program got sunset. The retention metric never moved.

It is not that loyalty does not work. It is that the tools to run it were built for engineers, not marketers — and the reporting was designed for ad clicks, not for the messy, multi-touch reality of a repeat purchase.

PointGets was started in 2018 by former Stripe and Braintree product leads who had watched this happen from the inside. Today, 41% of our 142-person team came from loyalty and retention roles at Gympass, Yotpo, and LoyaltyLion before joining us. We build for the marketer who has to ship a program next quarter and defend it at the next board meeting.
